Shipping within Russia

Paintings ship from Moscow to anywhere in Russia. Delivery costs ₽500 when the longest canvas side is 30 cm or less, and ₽3,000 for a larger canvas.

The painting price and selected delivery charge appear before payment. The seller chooses a carrier for each order and pays any difference between its rate and the stated buyer delivery charge; no additional carrier payment is required from the buyer.

For shipping, provide the recipient’s name and phone number, email, postcode and full address. If the details are incorrect, contact leripai@yandex.ru as soon as possible.

Preparation and transit

The seller prepares the painting for dispatch within three calendar days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time depends on the delivery address and carrier. The buyer receives the painting within a total of ten calendar days after payment confirmation, including preparation and transit; the ten-day period does not restart at dispatch.

Contact leripai@yandex.ru about dispatch and receipt. Giving the painting to a carrier does not itself remove the seller’s obligations to the buyer.

Free collection in Moscow

Collection is available by prior arrangement near CSKA or Begovaya stations. The seller will contact you to arrange the exact place and time. Do not travel there without an arrangement.

The painting is available for handover within three calendar days after payment confirmation. You choose your arrival date by arrangement with the seller, and collect on that agreed date. You do not need to arrange your arrival before payment.

Receipt and returns

Where possible, inspect the painting on receipt. Report damage or a discrepancy to the seller; photographs help assess the issue. Lack of a carrier’s report or unboxing video does not remove statutory rights.
