What you are buying

The website offers ready-made original physical paintings by artist Valeria Kuznetsova. The seller is individual entrepreneur Valeriy Aleksandrovich Kuznetsov, a different person. His details appear on the “Seller and contacts” page.

Each order contains one painting. Its title, dimensions, materials, price and photographs appear on its product page. Read the description before ordering; questions about its condition and features can be sent to leripai@yandex.ru.

Selling a physical painting does not itself transfer copyright. The lawful rights of the owner of the original remain unaffected.

Ordering and price

No account is required. Select a painting and a delivery or collection option, then enter the recipient’s contact details and, for shipping, an address. Check the details, painting price, delivery charge and total in roubles before submitting the order.

The seller’s receipt of a message expressing an intention to buy has legal significance for forming the contract. Submitting an order, making payment and confirming payment are separate events; the seller’s obligations do not depend on discretionary later approval.

Each painting is a single original and may also be offered through other channels. If availability information conflicts, the seller contacts the buyer to resolve it under the law. This does not permit arbitrary cancellation of a paid order or removal of the buyer’s remedies.

Payment

Payment takes place on T-Bank’s hosted payment page. Card details are entered there, rather than in Leripai’s order form. Preparation starts after reliable confirmation of payment.

Dolyami is available only if the payment service offers it and approves the buyer. The service displays its applicable terms; the website guarantees neither approval nor a particular payment schedule or absence of additional costs.

The current version does not send an automatic order email to the buyer. A fiscal receipt is a separate document that the seller must provide as required by law. Contact leripai@yandex.ru about your order.

Receiving your painting

Paintings ship from Moscow. Preparation takes up to three calendar days after payment confirmation. Charges and collection arrangements appear on the “Delivery and collection” page.

For shipping anywhere in Russia, the buyer receives the painting within ten calendar days after payment confirmation, including preparation and transit. For collection, the painting is available for handover within three calendar days after payment confirmation. The seller will contact you to agree on the exact place and your chosen arrival date. Statutory remedies remain available if the seller fails to meet these obligations.

Withdrawing from a purchase of a painting without defects

For a distance purchase, you may withdraw before handover or within seven days of receipt. If written return instructions were not provided at delivery, the period is three months from receipt.

Keep the painting’s saleable appearance and consumer properties. Other proof of purchase is allowed without a receipt; damaged packaging alone does not prevent a return. Being unique or handmade does not automatically make a ready-made painting nonreturnable.

Write to leripai@yandex.ru with the order or other purchase details. No prescribed application form or prior seller permission is required. The physical return address is apartment 4, building 1, 45/1 Sholmova Street, Ulyanovsk, Ulyanovsk Region, 432073, Russia.

A refund is due within ten days of the demand. For withdrawal from a purchase without defects, only the seller’s legally permitted expenses for transporting the returned goods from the buyer may be deducted. Inspection does not restart the refund period.

Defects, damage and complaints

If the painting is damaged, differs from your order or has a defect, contact leripai@yandex.ru. Photographs and a description help assess the issue, but a carrier’s report, unboxing video and retained packaging are not mandatory conditions for a statutory claim.

Consumer protection law governs remedies for defects and return expenses; the rules for withdrawal from a purchase without defects do not replace them. The seller bears expenses where required by law.

Contacting the seller does not remove your right to contact Rospotrebnadzor or bring a claim in court under applicable law. Russian and English versions describe the same terms; mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
